Developing an agreement is a two party effort and can take the form of a joint venture or a triple net lease on the roof project. In all cases, we complete a project and take full responsibility for project development from proposal to approvals including financing. We have the expertise in every aspect of the development process including feasibility, zoning, design construction and occupancy.
We make every effort to only minimally impact with operations of the building during construction. In most cases we will be upgrading common areas for the benefit of old and new tenants.
